摘要 院校研究的主旨是解决院校中存在的实际问题以服务于学校的管理与发展。这一具有很强应用性的定位颇受院校管理者欢迎,也越来越多地吸引着研究者的视线。作为院校研究工作者,只有透彻把握院校研究中理论与现实割裂的矛盾,才有可能化解存在于研究与实践之中"两张皮"的问题,从而为院校研究提供良好的研究方法和有效的分析途径。从理论与实践割裂之表症、矛盾形成之根源、解决问题之途径3方面进行了探讨。 Institutional research focuses on the solution of the practical problems that exist in institutions of higher learning so as to serve school management and development. This orientation of practical application is warmly welcomed by school administratosr and also attracts more and more researchers' attention. As school research workers, only with good mastery of the separated contradiction between practice and theory in institutional research can the coexisted problems known as 'two skins' in practice and theory be solved so as to provide a good research method and an effective analytical way for institutional research. The authors of this paper make an exploration into the surface phenomenon of separation between practice and theory, the cause of contradiction and the solution to problems.
