On political productivity: philosophical thinking about strengthening the construction of the CPC administration ability

政治生产力范畴是一种新质的现代生产力,与历史共生,与现实共契。它是在全面建设小康社会和科学发展观这一逻辑起点上提出的,是在《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设》的向度上出场的,具有特定的内涵、时代特征和现实社会功效。它丰富了现代生产力内涵,深化了马克思生产力理论,改变了人们的思维模式,更重要的是它提供了当下"公民社会"的理论底蕴。

The category of political productivity is a kind of modern productivity with new contents, which is born with history and exists with reality. The idea of political productivity was advanced on the basis of logic starting point of the comprehensive construction of building a well-off society in an all round way and scientific development outlook, and it came on the stage in the document entitled 'on strengthening the construction of the CPC administration ability of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China'. Thus, political productivity has specific connotations, the characteristics of the times as well as the function of modern society. The author of this paper thinks that the idea of political productivity has not only enriched the connotations of modern productive forces and further developed Marxist theory of the productive forces, but also has changed people's thinking pattern. What's more, it has laid a theoretical foundation for new concept of 'citizen society'.
