胡山源是"五四"时期文学社团"弥洒"社的创始人。他的小说创作迥异于"五四"时期的主流悲剧作品,具有自己独特的个性。探讨了其小说创作的艺术特色,即审美取向上回归自然,规避现实悲情世界;情节安排上弱化悲剧冲突;美学上追求清新、优美、含蓄的艺术特点。

As the founder of 'MUSAI' Association during the May 4th Movement period, Hu Shanyuan's novels have the unique features, which are different from the mainstream tragic literary works in that historical period. The author of this paper explores into Hu's artistic features in his novel creation, namely, in the aesthetic orientation, return to the nature and avoiding the confrontation with the tragic world; in the plot arrangement, weakening the tragic conflicts while in aesthetics pursuit for freshness, gracefulness and implicitness.
