摘要
炼铁新厂2000m^3高炉经过建炉、烘炉、装料等准备工作后,于2004年6月30日顺利开炉出铁。由于原燃料性能,设备磨合期等各种因素影响,一直未能达产。经过采取一系列的处理措施后,高炉于2005年3月达到了设计指标,一个月后基本实现了稳产、高产。
Hot metal of 2000m^3BF ran off through the tapping hole on June 30,2004 after constructing, drying and charging. However, the output couldn’t reach requirement because of all kinds of factors such as the performance of raw materials and equipment grinding in running etc. The design of 2000m^3BF has reached in March 2005 since a series of measures were taken, which made production steady and so did output a month later.
