There are many historical materials about the twenty ranks of nobility in Laws of Two Years by ZHANG Jiashan,from which it is seen that there are close relations between the twenty ranks of nobility with the national governing order of the early years of the Western Han Dynasty.They are the combination between the twenty ranks of nobility with the system of distributing fields,the combination with the public security,the combination with endowment.The twenty ranks of nobility has produced the active influces to ensure the stability of the Western Han Dynasty government.
