摘要
90年代中期以来,"新现实主义"东山再起,频频掀起波澜。新现实主义小说视野中的企业改革景观尤为世人瞩目。文章将新现实主义小说与80年代的改革文学进行了比较,论析了两者的优、缺点和产生原因,分析了新现实主义小说中折射出的企业、领导、职工的生存状态,梳理了这类小说发展变化的轨迹(包括它在叙事方面自我调整的努力),并对其前景作了展望。
Since mid-1990s, the trend of neo-realism in novels draws readers' attention again with its stirring vitality, especially the perspectives about enterprise reform in these novels. In comparison with the reform works in 1980s, these novels also have their own merits and demerits. Through analyzing the relationship between reform works in 1980s and the neo-realistic novels, we can highlight the existence conditions of characters in these neo-realistic novels and make clear of the developing process of these kind novels as well as the ever-adjusting narrative techniques.
