以美国为首的西方国家最近频繁向中国施压要求人民币升值,人民币面临极大的升值压力,而人民币升值目前又会给腾飞中的中国经济带来诸多消极影响,如何采取适当的措施,缓解人民币升值压力,为我国经济发展提供一个良好的汇率机制就成为一个意义重大而迫切的问题。

Recently, some western countries, especially USA, urged China to raise the exchange rate of RMB, which would bring many negative effects on China's booming economy. Naturally, how to take effective measures to relieve this pressure and how to offer a better exchange rate system become a significant and urgent problem.
