非心脏手术心血管病危险性探讨

DISCUSSION ON DANGEROUSNESS TO CARDIOV ASCULARPATIENT UNDERGOING NON-CARDIAC SURGERY

作者通过１２６例心血管疾病患者在行普外手术时，心血管功能异常改变对其围术期的影响进行了详细地讨论。认为：年龄本身不影响手术结果。伴有心血管疾病者并非全都不能行非心脏手术。只要认真做好术前检查及辅助治疗准备，严格掌握适应症及手术时机，严密观察病情变化，恰当对症处理，患者是能安全地渡过围术期的。同时，通过提出的六点危险因素，对其围术期危险性进行了详细地估价。对指导临床外科工作有一定的实际意义。

This paper discusses the effect of abnormal change of cardiac function onthe patient at the postoperative period after general surgery on 126 patients withcardiovascular disease in detail. The author considers the age itself does not affectthe operative result. All the patients with cardiovascular disease can not undergothe noncardiac surgery. The patient can spend the postoperative period safely aslong as the preoperative examination and preparation of auxiliary treatmeat are carried out conscientiously, the indication and operative opportunity are grasped strictly, the change of patient's condition is observed strictly and the remedy of the caseis suited properly. In addition, six dangerous factors are pot forward to assess thedangerousness at postoperative period in detail. This paper has a certain practicalmeaning to direct the clinical medicine.
