摘要
作者分析３１例经ＣＴ扫描确诊为丘脑出血患者的症状与体征，提出血肿大，破入第三，四脑室，出现上消化道出血时预后差；发病时血压病高，有丘脑性失语与疼痛时对丘脑出血的诊断有参考价值。
Abstract Digest Symptom and Signs of 31 cases of thalamic hemorhage diagnosedby CT scan. wese analyseu. It was painted out that the prograsis is poor with largehematoma brenbing into the 3th 4th ventrde and upper gastwintestinen troct hemorrhaged Blood tehsion elevation. thalamic aphosia and pain during onset have hefesence vdue to the diagnosis of thalamic hemorrhage.
