准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术中进刀起点调控技术改变角膜瓣形态的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析进刀起点调控技术应用于准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laserinsitukeratomileu-sis,LASIK)改变角膜瓣形状的优点和不足,寻求更好的角膜瓣形状,为角膜板层刀的改进提供新的思路。方法:对460眼在LASIK术中应用进刀起点调控技术,改变角膜瓣形状。结果:进刀起点调控技术可操作性强;所形成的角膜瓣稳定性好;与角膜瓣相关的并发症明显减少。结论:应用进刀起点调控技术制作的角膜瓣优越性明显,值得推广;同时,该技术的不足之处可为角膜瓣形状的改进提供新的思路。 · AIM: To study the advantages and disadvantages of the technique that handles the starting point of reamer movement to change the shape of corneal flap in laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK), so as to seek better shape of corneal flap and to offer new ideas for improvement of microkeratome.· METHODS: The technique manipulating the starting point of reamer movement was used in 460 eyes to change the shape of corneal flap in LASIK.· RESULTS:The technique had better maneuverability, and the corneal flaps had stronger stability. Complications related to corneal flap were reduced greatly.· CONCLUSION: This technique should be spread for its significant advantages, and its disadvantages may offer new ideas for the improvement of the corneal flap shape.·
