摘要 TGF-β在糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展过程中具有重要的调节作用,Smads蛋白是TGF-β受体的胞内激酶底物,介导了TGF-β的胞内转导。我们综述了近年来TGF-β/Smads信号转导通路与糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的关系及其所起作用的研究进展,通过对TGF-β/Smads的研究有助于阐明糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制,从而为防治糖尿病视网膜病变提供了一种新思路。 · Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) plays a crucial role in diabetic retinopathy, and Smads mediate the intracellular signal transduction of TGF-β. In this paper we reviewed the relations between TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway and the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. Besides, we studied the research progress of its function recently. Elevated awareness of TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway and increasing information obtained via investigation of them will undoubtedly lead to better understanding of the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy and be helpful for finding a new method to prevent diabetic retinopathy.·
