挫伤性晶状体脱位继发青光眼20例

Secondary glaucoma derived from blunt trauma lens dislocation in 20 cases

目的:探讨外伤性晶状体脱位继发青光眼的发病机制及治疗效果。方法:对因直接钝挫伤发生晶状体脱位继发青光眼根据伤情不同,脱位的形式不同而采取不同的治疗方法。结果:晶状体脱位者20例经住院手术者14例,占70%。保守治疗6例,占30%。经过治疗,眼压大多能得到有效控制。结论:挫伤性晶状体脱位继发青光眼的临床表现错综复杂,治疗要具体情况具体分析,及时解除瞳孔阻滞,降低眼压挽救视力。

· AIM: To study the mechanism of secondary glaucoma derived from blunt trauma lens dislocation as well as its therapeutic effect.· METHODS: Different therapeutic methods were used for 20 patients with secondary glaucoma derived from blunt traumatic lens dislocation according to their injury conditions.· RESULTS: Of the 20 cases, 14 cases underwent surgeries (70%). The other 6 cases underwent conservative treatment(30%). The intraocular pressure (IOP) in most cases could be effectively controlled after treatment.· CONCLUSION: The clinical manifestation of secondary glaucoma derived from blunt trauma lens dislocation was complex, and the treatment should be properly done with timely removal of pupil blockage, so as to reduce IOP and to save patients' vision.·
