全矫配镜加遮盖法治疗屈光不正性弱视疗效观察

Curative effect of ametropic amblyopia treated by completely-corrected glasses with eye-covering

目的:探讨用全矫配镜加遮盖法来治疗屈光不正性弱视。方法:对儿童屈光不正性弱视及屈光参差性弱视采用全矫配镜联合传统遮盖进行治疗。结果:屈光不正性弱视221眼,3～5岁者74眼占33.5%,治疗有效率及治愈率最高;6～8岁组99眼占44.8%,有效率及治愈率居中;9～11岁组48眼占21.7%,治疗效果最差。说明年龄与疗效成正相关,6～8岁年龄组发病率最高。结论:治疗屈光不正性弱视方法很多,但全矫配镜加遮盖法仍是其中最简单有效的方法之一。

· AIM: To attempt to treat ametropic amblyopia with by completely-correct making up lens combined with eye-covering.· METHOD: Completely-corrected glasses combined with traditional eye-covering were used to treat children with ametropic and anisometropic amblyopia.· RESULTS: In the 221 eyes with ametropic amblyopia, 74 eyes were of those aged between 3 and 5 (33.5%) with the highest effective rate and cure rate cure; 99 eyes were of those aged between 6 and 8 (44.8%) with moderate effective rate and cure rate; and the other 48 eyes were of those aged between 9 and 11(21.7%) with the worst curative effect. Therefore the age and the curative effect were positively correlated, and the incidence of the disease was highest among children aged between 6 and 8.· CONCLUSION: In the various methods for ametropic amblyopia, completely-corrected glasses combined with eye-covering was one of the easiest and most effective methods.·
