渐变多焦点视力镜防治青少年近视的初步观察

Effect of progressive multifocal lenses for juvenile myopia in 876 cases

目的:探讨多焦点视力镜防治青少年近视的疗效。方法:6～23岁青少年近视1597例,屈光度由-1.00～-6.00D。分为治疗组876例和对照组721例。前组应用渐变多焦点视力镜进行治疗,对照组配戴普通树脂镜片。治疗组根据其年龄与屈光度细分为4小组。所有病例每月复诊1次,并以8mo后复诊结果作为统计数据。结果:治疗组876例中多数近视程度得到有效控制,与对照组721例结果有显著性差异。其中近视未得到控制者共计18例,占治疗组病例的2.1%。该18例中有6例近视进展超过-1.00D。结论:渐变多焦点视力镜对控制青少年中低度近视的发展有较好的效果。

· AIM: To explore the effects of progressive multifocal lens in the treatment of juvenile myopia.· METHODS: A total of 1 597 cases of juvenile myopia with diopters ranging from-1.00D to -6.00D, aging from 6 to 23 years old, were divided into Experimental Group (876 cases)and Control Group(721 cases), wearing progressive multifocal lenses and common glasses respectively. The Experimental Group was subdevided into 4 groups according to their ages and diopters. Visual acuities of all the cases were checked once a month and their data were collected at the end of follow-up of 8mo.· RESULTS: The myopia of the 876 cases in Experimental Group was effectively controlled, which was significantly different from those in Control Group (P <0.001). It was not completely controlled in 18 cases (2.1%) in Experimental Group, and among the 18 cases there were 6 cases whose visual acuities were improved by more than -1.0D.· CONCLUSION: Progressive multifocal lens is effective for treating lower and middle juvenile myopia.·
