癫痫病人血清与唾液中苯妥英浓度的测定及相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定癫痫病人血清与唾液中苯妥英的浓度,总结其相关性。方法采集55例癫痫病人的血清与唾液标本,采用荧光偏振免疫法测定血清、唾液中苯妥英的浓度。结果苯妥英的唾液浓度与血清浓度的平均比值为10.42%±1.1%。结论苯妥英在血清与唾液中的浓度有良好的相关性,相当于血液中游离状态的苯妥英浓度,而且测定唾液浓度的方法取样简便、无创伤,因此更有临床意义。 OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between conccntration of phenytion in scrum and saliva in cpileptic.METHODS To determioc the concentration of phenytion in scrum and saliva by TDxFLx.RESULTS The ratio betwccn concentration of phenytion in saliva and serum is 10.42%+1.1%.CONCLUSION Lincar correlation cxisted betwccn concentration of phenytion in serum and asliva,besides the conccnlration in saliva bc close to the free concentration in serum.this method appeared to be simplc.so this method has morc meaning in the clinic.
