正交试验法优选虫草鸡精制备工艺

摘要 目的优选虫草鸡精制备工艺。方法以甘露醇含量、多糖含量及澄清度为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法进行优选。结果优选的工艺为:加水量为生药量的10倍,提取3次,每次1h,合并提取液,浓缩至1∶5(生药∶药液),温度为60℃的条件下加入0.15%的壳聚糖(W/W)。结论优选的制备工艺稳定可行。 OBJECTIVE To select the Optimum Preparation Procedure for Essence of Chicken With Cordyceps.METHODS The optimum conditions were selected with the contents of active components:mannitol polysaccharide and liquid clarity as markers by orthogonal design.RESULTS The Optimum Preparation was adding 10 times of the herb quantity of water,extract three times,1 hour each time,merging the extract solution,condense to 1∶5(hurb∶the hurb solution),under the condition that temperature is 60℃ then adding 0.15%(w/w)chitosan.CONCLUSION The Optimized Process is stable and feasible.
