摘要
传统文化因素与区域经济发展中人力资源因素之间相互关系密切;潮汕传统观念、文化定势对潮汕人力资源的流向有多方面的深刻影响。要促进潮汕经济可持续发展,潮汕政府及潮汕企业在人才机制的管理上应拓展潮汕文化的包容性,拓宽文化视野,扬其精华、弃其糟粕,实现文化转型。
The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship of the regional human resources and the Chaoshan cultural modality and cultural custom. It analyses the influence of Chaoshantraditional culture on the regional human resources. The author of this article proposes some corresponding advice: Expanding the comprehension of Chaoshan culture, furthering the horizons of Chaoshan culture and actualizing the transformation of Chaoshan culture.
