摘要
通过教学实验,探讨健美操对大学生健康的影响,并构建健美操健康功能因素模型。研究结果表明:健美操的健身功能不存在性别和层次差异,健心功能存在性别和个性差异,对不同心理需求的人能够予以不同的健心效应。健美操健康功能因素模型分别由健身功能、健心功能和美育功能构成。
Through teaching experiment, the author probed into the influence of aerobics on college student's health, established an aerobics health care functional factor model, and revealed the following findings: There is no difference in gender and level as to physical care function of aerobics,and there is a difference in mental care function of aerobics, i.e. aerobics can produce different mental care effects on persons with different psychological needs. Aerobics health care functional factor model consists of physical care function, mental care function, beauty function and education function.
