摘要
根据本病例肝组织病理检查,提示肝性卟啉病肝组织特征性原卟啉色素颗粒在光镜下表现为暗褐色鱼籽颗粒样,在偏光显微镜下表现为双折光十字样结晶属性物质,在电子显微镜下为眉毛样、棒状排列成束的结晶物,与已知肝脏的其他色素是不同的。而偏光显微镜是证实这种物质形态正确位置的设备。
The pathological examinations of the liver biopsy of a case with hepatic porphyria were made.Under the light microscope, the characteristic protoporphyrin pigment granules were dark brown in color and fish egg-like.They were birefringent cross-like crystalline substance under the polarized light microscope. The electron microscopic findings demonstrated that the granules were different from other pigments in the liver in appearance and they were curved needle-like or rod-like crystals existing either singly or in bundles. The polarized light microscopy is an instrument which can demonstrate the appearance and the proper location of the substance.
