小麦生态类型的判别分析

THE CHARACTERISTIC COMPARISON AND DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS OF THREE ECOTYPES OF WHEAT VARIETIES PLANTED IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

本研究选用陕西省三大麦区多年大面积种植的16个代表品种,应用分类函数和典型判别二种方法,对其生态型分类进行了判别分析。结果表明:用穗粒数、每穗小穗数、秆/籽、千粒重、每株穗数这5个产量构成性状来进行生态型的划分是可行的,其中前三个性状判别能力最强。判别结果与品种生态地区来源基本相符。

This test involved the selection of sixteen wheat varieties which had been planted in three ecological areas of shaanxi province for many years. A classification function and canonical discriminant analyst were the two meathods of discriminant analyst of the ecotype. The result shows that it is feasible to use the following five yield factors: number of kernels per spike, number of spikelets per spike, stem/grain, 1000-kernel weight and number of ears per plant in classing ecotype. The discriminant ability of kernels/per spike, spikelets/per spike and stem/grain are the best factors among them, and the discrirninant result accords with their ecological areas of origion.
