Mixed multiple endocrine neoplasms: An autopsy case report and review of literature

报告１例经尸检证实的混合型多发性内分泌肿瘤。患者女性，２９岁，同时患有垂体腺瘤、甲状旁腺腺瘤、多发性胰岛细胞瘤、双侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤、甲状腺腺瘤、双侧肾癌及纵膈神经纤维瘤等７种１０个肿瘤。结合文献进行了讨论。

An autopsy case of mixed type of multiple endocrine neoplasm was reported. The patient was a female, 29 years old, with 7 tumor, ie. acidophilic adenoma of pituitary gland, parathyroid adenoma, multiple pancreatic islet cell tumor, biliteral pheochromocytoma, thyroid adenoma, as well as biliteral renal carcinoma, and neurofibroma in mediastinum.It is a rare and first case which showed so many kinds of tumor reported in Chinese literature.
