甲状腺疾病相关中医病名考辨

Studies on Names Concerning Thyroid Diseases in TCM

基于古今文献,结合临床实际,对多种甲状腺疾病的中医病名进行了辨析。指出:“瘿病”是甲状腺疾病的总称。“瘿囊”相当于单纯性甲状腺肿,“瘿瘤”相当于甲状腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿,又称“肉瘿”,“石瘿”相当于甲状腺癌,“瘿痈”相当于急性甲状腺炎和化脓性甲状腺炎,“瘿痛”相当于亚急性甲状腺炎,“瘿气”相当于甲状腺功能亢进,而“瘿病·虚劳”相当于甲状腺功能减退症。

the author differentiated the names of thyroid diseases based on past and present medical literature in combination with his clinical practice. He pointed out “ying bing” is a general name for all thyroid diseases.“ying nang”,also called “rou ying”, equals to simple goiter; “ying liu”equals to thyroid tumor and nodular goiter; “shi ying” equals to thyroid cancer; “ying yong”equals to acute thyroiditis and suppurative thyrioditis; “ying tong”equals to subacute thyroiditis; “ying qi” equals to hyerthyroidism; “ying bing·xu lao”equals to hypothyroidism.
