康复新滴鼻剂对实验性大鼠鼻粘膜炎症组织多核白细胞数的影响

Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop:Its Effects on Multinuclear Leucocyte Count of Nasal Mucosa Inflammation Tissue in Experimental Rats

目的了解康复新滴鼻粘膜的抗炎作用,拟开发一种用于鼻腔疾病的新药。方法选择大鼠40只,分四组,每只每个鼻孔均滴入20%松节油乳剂0.1ml。30分钟后,各组分别按时给1%康复新滴鼻剂和3%康复新滴鼻剂,并与0.1%滴鼻净和生理盐水作对照。至16小时处死,取鼻粘膜作病检,计数多核白细胞。结果四组大鼠鼻粘膜多核白细胞计数剂量组之间有非常显著性差异P<0.001;康复新滴鼻剂两个剂量组之间有非常显著性差异P<0.001;康复新滴鼻剂的低剂量组(1%)与阳性对照药滴鼻净之间有非常显著性差异P<0.001。结论康复新滴鼻剂对鼻粘膜的抗炎作用明显优于阳性对照药滴鼻净。

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop and to develop a new drug for diseases originating from nasal cavity. Method 40 rats were divided into 4 groups. Each rat was administered by dropping nose with 20% 0.1ml of turpentine oil emulsion. 30 minutes later the four groups were administered with 1% Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop, 3% Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop, 0.1% Di Bi Jing and physiological saline respectively. The rats were killed 16 hours later. Nasal mucosa was taken out for pathological examination to measure the total multinuclear white cells. Result The multinuclear leucocyte counts of rats' nasal mucosa in the four groups showed significant difference(p<0.001); the 2 Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop dosage groups exhibited significant difference(p<0.001); significant difference also existed between the small dose Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop group(1%) and the positive Bi Di Jing control group(p<0.001). Conclusion The anti-inflammatory effect of Kang Fu Xin Nose Drop on nasal mucosa inflammation is better than that of Bi Di Jing of the positive control group.
