青叶胆种子发芽特性的研究

Study on the Germination Character of Swertia mileensis T.N.He et W. L. Shi

青叶胆是龙胆科獐牙菜属1年生草本植物,其种子在野生条件下,发芽率较低。为了提高它的萌发率,本试验研究了青叶胆种子萌发时对光照、温度等的需求;同时探索了提高其发芽率的具体途径。试验表明:青叶胆种子萌发需要18h的光周期,发芽温度以25～28℃为宜,发芽对pH值要求不严;GA3处理能明显促进种子萌发,低温和变温预处理是提高发芽率较好的方法。

Swertia mileensis T.N.He et W.L.Shi is a kind of annual herbaceous plant belonging to Swertia Gentianaceae.The seeds germination rate is very low in the natural condition.We studied the requirements for its germination from lights,temperature etc,and explored the ways to improve the germination rate.The results indicate that S.mileensis seeds germination need 18 h light period;seeds optimal germinate temperature rang from(25℃) to(28℃);pH is not the main facter for seeds germination;Seeds could germinate ahead before usual if added GA_3;The treatment of low temperature and different temperature are the best in all methods adopted.
