乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的临床研究

Clinical research of treatment of hypertensive emergency by Urapidil

目的观察静脉用乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症的效果及副作用。方法60例高血压急症患者以12.5mg乌拉地尔静脉滴注(5min内),观察用药前后血压、心率的变化。结果血压在用药后5min即明显下降,20～30min达到高峰并保持稳定,总有效率98.3%(59/60);心率无明显改变。结论乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症起效快,降压效果显著、平稳、副作用小,是高血压急症理想的降压药。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of the treatment of hypertensive emengency by Urapidil. Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertensive emengency were involved. Administration with intravenous injection of 12.5mg Urapidil(in 5 minitue).Observe the changes of blood pressure(systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure) and heart rate at the time before injection and 5min, 10min, 20 min, 30 min, 60 min and 120 min after administration. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure immediately dropped 5min after injection, and reached the maximal extent 20-30 min after injection, and remain at the stable level during the behind time, and no reflexive tachycardia was seen. Conclusion It's efficient and safe for Urapidil to treat the hypertensive emengencies.
