目前我国农村土地承包纠纷问题日益突出,影响农村社会稳定,本文在对农村土地承包纠纷产生的原因、现行纠纷解决方法的利弊、纠纷解决的难点进行分析的基础上,对预防和解决纠纷提出了建议和对策,以保持农村社会稳定,促进农业农村经济发展。

The dispute of land contract in the countryside at present influences the rural social stability .The text analyses the reason of land contract dispute, the profit, fraud and difficult of solving the dispute. Author has proposed the suggestion and countermeasure in preventing from and solving the dispute in order to keep the rural social stability and bring about advance in agricultural rural economy.
