高同型半胱氨酸上调醛糖还原酶表达的病理生理意义 被引量:2

摘要 高同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是一个多种疾病发病的危险因子,其涉及的疾病谱较广,与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、肾脏病、出生缺陷、老年病和一些精神疾病发病相关。醛糖还原酶(Aldose reductase,AR)是多元醇代谢途径(Polyol pathway)的反应限速酶,在高糖情况下,多元醇通路被激活,它是糖尿病慢性并发症发生、发展的重要原因之一。关于醛糖还原酶在糖尿病中的病理生理意义已有很多报道,但还未见高同型半胱氨酸和醛糖还原酶关系的报道。因此,本文初步探讨了高同型半胱氨酸上调醛糖还原酶表达的病理生理意义,可能对理解糖尿病并发症乃至临床诊断及治疗有潜在的指导意义。
