摘要
研究了“胶带输送机-煤仓-胶带输送机”式储运系统,建立了煤仓随机服务系统模型,导出了煤仓中各种不同煤量状态出现的概率模型,分析了煤仓的有效率、利用率及过煤量等与煤仓容量、前后胶带输送机煤流强度等之间的关系,得出技术上合理的系统参数,以简明的形式揭示了煤仓的作用机理。
This paper studies the storing and transporting system with the pattern of belt conveyor-coal bunker -belt conveyor, establishes stochastic service system model for the storing and transporting system, deduces probability model of coal quantity in bunker, and analyzes the relationship among valid ration of coal bunker, ration in use of coal bunker, coal flow quantity through coal bunker, coal flow intensity of belt conveyors in the front or rear of coal bunker, and bunker's volume. The reasonable technical parameters of the system are obtained. The operation mechanism of bunker is revealed with compendious format.
