Designs of data collecting based on GIS

AutoCAD二次开发的数字化软件是数据采集的重要途径之一,由于CAD本身不是GIS软件,因此采集的数据在向GIS系统转换时,常丢失数据和信息;通过利用CAD本身的XDATA、HANDLE、GROUP管理数据的手段和特性,实现了AutoCAD下基于GIS规则的数据采集,兼顾了数据的采集的便捷和GIS数据完整性要求。

The digitized software based on Auto Cad is one of the important ways that the GIS data are gathered, but because CAD software itself is not GIS software, while the data gathered are transferring the GIS system, a little data and information is lost. This paper realizes data gathering based on GIS by using data management means and characteristics of XDATA, HANDLE and GROUP of CAD itself, at the same time, it gives consideration to convenient collection of the data and integrality of GIS data required.
