摘要
在分析、总结城市火灾防治、消防建审工作流程和信息运用规律的基础上,结合国情、技术等因素的思考,提出了数据库管理系统和决策支持系统相互融合的,以数据库管理系统为基础,以决策支持系统为核心,辅助管理与办公,具有辅助决策功能的消防建审管理系统模式。采用人工神经网络方法实现了建筑物防火分区面积合理性智能化评定。
The new mode of fire control monitoring management information system is built based on the current city fire control system and operating rules, together with other factors in the technical and current situation of the country. It is the integration of database management system and decision-making assistance. At the same time, a prototype system of fire control monitoring and inspection (FCMI) management is set up. The prototype system realizes the procedural course management of FCMI, the function of primary decision-making supporting assistance, and the computerized management of archives and documents and fire control inspection. It is critical important to build up the assessment system about Fire Compartment by ANN.
