EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON STORAGE LIFE OF HUMAN MILK AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要 为研究母乳的保质问题,实验测定了母乳在常温(20℃),冷藏(4℃)和低温(-18℃)存放时的保存期。并以母乳存放在低温(-18℃)为例,测量了其新鲜度及其蛋白质,脂肪等营养成分的变化规律.研究显示,新鲜母乳在20℃下,能存放5-6小时左右。在4℃条件下,存放时间能达到3—5天左右。在-18℃下,母乳的营养成分在前三个月变化不大.四个月后蛋白质、脂肪含量分别下降了30%,60%左右;酸度由17.94°T上升至21.44°T。在此条件下,可以保存四个月。 This work aimed at investigating the quality of human milk. The storage life was obtained when stored at 20°C, 4°C and -18°C. Acidity, the contents of fat and protein of human milk were also obtained by taking example for human milk stored at -18deg;C. The storage lives of human milk stored at 20°C, 4°C and -18°C were about 5-6 hours, 3-5 days and 4 months, respectively. In comparison with fresh human milk, the nutriments changed obviously after 3 months. After 4 months, the acidity increased from 17.94°T to 21.44°T, and the content of fat and protein decreased about 30% and 60%, respectively.
