迟发性神经元坏死与免疫的改变

Effect of the Delayed Neuronal Death on Immune Function

摘要 本文利用大鼠四血管结扎再灌流(4VO)制成迟发性神经元坏死(DND)模型,用此模型对胸腺细胞自发增殖,胸腺、脾细胞ConA反应性,白细胞介素-1(IL-1),白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的产生等5项指标进行了检测。结果发现,在再灌流后的不同时相中,各项指标基本呈现先增高后降低的趋势,即缺血的24~72h增高,5d之后普遍降低。提示再灌流制成的DND模型中伴随着较明显的免疫学功能改变。 The effects of DND at 4VO animal models on rat cellular immunity including automatic or Con-A induced proliferations of thymocytes and splenocytes, synthesis of cytokines and NK cell activity of splenocytes were investigated. The results demonstrated that 4VO can an-tagonite the decrease of immune functions induced by sham operation stress. The immuno-logical changes had strongly relationship with the degree of DND. Nearly all changes,for example, automatic or Con-A induced proliferations of cytokines such as interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-2 (IL-2),were increased at first 72h and decreased 5d later after recircula-tion. These results suggest that the sensitive neuron for DND may be involved in the negative regulation of immune function.
