110例头痛患儿脑电图分析

Analysis of the Electroencephalograms of 110 Children with Headache

头痛是临床上常见的症状,而具有癫痫性质的头痛型癫痫非常罕见,国内近年对本症报告的较多,诊断依据多为脑电图异常。我们分析了110例头痛患儿的脑电图,仅5例有典型的痫样放电,占本组头痛患儿的4.5％。

Headache epilepsy is very rare, the diagnosis is based on recurrent headache and the presence of epileptiform activities in electroencephalogram (EEG). The EEG data of 110 children suspected headache epilepsy were analyzed. Epileptiform activities appeared only in the EEG of 5 patients (4. 5%). The relationship of abnormal EEG activities and headache were discussed.
