我院2003—2004年中枢神经系统用药情况分析

AN ANALYSIS OF DRUG MEDICATION OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM

目的了解深圳市第二人民医院2003—2004年门诊部、住院部中枢神经系统药物处方金额、用药频度和应用品种的分布特点。方法应用《医院用药统计与智能分析系统》软件,对我院中枢神经系统用药情况进行分析。结果中枢神经系统药物2003—2004年消耗量占全院药品的7.19%。门诊部和住院部用药品种结构明显不同,各自主要用药品种结构相对稳定。解热镇痛药在门诊用药中占首位,治疗脑血管病的药在住院用药中占首位。结论中枢神经系统药物在临床治疗中占有重要地位,解热镇痛药、脑血管病药是中枢神经系统用药的主要品种。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of prescription cost, medication frequence and the drug description of central nervous system drugs in the outpatient and inpatient department. Methods We analyzed the medication condition of central nervous system drugs by the soft “Statistics and automatic analyze of hospital drug medication” . Results 7.19% of total drug consumption was cost by central nervous system drugs. There was a significant difference in the drug description of outpatient and inpatient department. The constitution of main kinds drugs of each departments were relatively stable. The antipyretic analgesics and cerebrovascular drugs hold the first rank in outpatient and inpatient department respectively. Conclusion Central nervous system drugs are important in the clinic therapy. The antipyretic analgesics and cerebrovascular drugs are the main kinds of central nervous system drugs.
