摘要 在分析电力系统设备故障特性的基础上,建立其在线评估功能模型。通过对设备运行参数统计分析, 完成设备状态判断、故障预测、事故分析多项功能,并以健康指教的形式评估运行状态。健康指数通过两层数据融合得到,第一层利用各个信号进行设备运行模式判别,给出设备可能的故障模式及其可信度;第二层在第一层的基础上,利用故障损失经济性的概念实现对设备运行状态的评估,给出其健康指数。该系统在SIS中实现,并在电厂空气预热器运行状态评估中获得成功应用。 Based on analyzing the fault performance of electric power system equipment, an online evaluation function model is established. Through statistic analysis of the running parameters of equipment, judgment of equipment state, forecast of fault and analysis of accident are completed. The running state of system is evaluated in form of health index. The health index is obtained through two layers data fusion. The first layer uses every signal to judge the equipment running mode. The possible fault mode of equipment and its reliability are presented. Based on the first layer, the second layer uses the conception of fault loss economy to evaluate the equipment running state. This system is realized in SIS. It has been successfully applied to evaluation of air heater running state in power station.
