摘要
以灰色系统理论为基础,通过实验研究6201和6203轴承振动与噪声的灰色关联性。振动用加速度值描述,噪声指声压级。实验数据处理结果表明,轴承振动与噪声的关系不明显并具有很大的不确定性,有时轴承振动与噪声之间会出现系统性误差。因此,不宜用轴承的振动代替轴承的噪声,应单独研究轴承的噪声问题,制订轴承噪声标准和相应的工艺标准。
The relationship between the vibration and the noise of rolling bearings is studied based on the grey system theory.Two kinds of 6201 and 6203 rolling bearings are used in the experimentation research.The vibration is char- acterized by the virtual value of the acceleration,and the noise is expressed as the sound pressure level.The vibration could not be used instead of the noise because the relationship between the vibration and the noise of rolling bearings is usually unclear as existing the great uncertainty,and sometimes there are some system errors according to the data processing results.Therefore the problem of the noise of rolling bearings must be studied independently,and the stan- dards of the noise and the corresponding technology of rolling bearings must be established.
