轴承外滚道及挡边同步磨削时砂轮及冷却液选择

摘要 轴承外滚道及挡边同步磨削时几何精度和外观质量要求高,普通刚玉类砂轮加工效果不好。通过对立方氮化硼砂轮各种性能的分析,提出在某些工序用该砂轮代替刚玉类砂轮的设想。 Geometric accuracy and semblance quality were required seriously during grinding outer ring raceway and rib of bearing synchronistically,common corindon grinding wheel was not very effective.An idea was put forward that corindon grinding wheel was instead with cubic boron nitride in some processes by anylyzing various perfor- mances of cubic boron nitride.
