摘要
大跨度无粘结预应力板施工中,经过计算,将整板受力支撑改为三跨受力支撑,避免了预应力张拉时,因混凝土强度需达到100%设计强度等级标准值的条件限制,造成大量模板、钢管等周转材料的积压,降低了成本,提高了经济效益。
In the construction of large-spanned non-bonding pre-stressed slab, instead of all-slab support, three-span support is adopted after calculation, which can avoid serious overstock of formwork and steel pipe caused by the restriction that concrete must reach 100% design strength when applied pre-stress. Cost is therefore reduced and economical benefit improved.
