地下油库罐帽钢丝网穹顶施工技术

摘要 某地下油库罐室采用了目前国内较先进的钢丝网水泥薄壳穹顶施工工艺。施工中采用满堂脚手架支撑系统,钢木结合的模板支撑体系,用细木工板作底模板,采用由外向内、环向顺序铺设,铺网顺序改为沿穹顶径向的放射状铺设等一系列方法,利用现场已有条件结合工地实际情况,克服了施工中的难点,为既解决薄壳穹顶成型良好又节约造价走了一条新路。 Steel mesh cement shell dome, an advanced construction technology in China presently, is adopted in the construction of an underground oil tank, in which full scaffolds supporting system, steel-timber formwork are used, and fine wood board is erected as inner formwork in ring sequence from inside to outside while the mesh is placed in radial direction of the dome. These methods have utilized the existing site conditions and overcome construction difficulties, making a new road for the well shaping of shell dome at low costs.
