摘要
探讨了图书馆隐性知识管理的内涵及意义,分析了当前加强对图书馆隐性知识管理的必要性,进而提出了图书馆进行隐性知识管理的具体措施。
This paper probes into the connotation and significance of the management of library's latent knowledge, analyzes on the necessity of strengthening the management of library's latent knowledge, and puts forward some concrete measures for carrying out the management of library's latent knowledge.
