On the Development and Application of E-periodicals

摘要 阐述了网络电子期刊的定义、特点,分析了网络电子期刊存在的问题,提出了开发、利用网络电子期刊的措施与发展对策。 This paper expounds the definition and features of E-periodical, analyzes on the problems existing in E-periodicals, and puts forward some measures for developing and applying E-periodicals and its developing prospect.
