摘要
通过分析襄樊学院图书馆人才资源现状及其在年龄结构、学历结构、专业结构等方面存在的问题,指出了高校图书馆必须通过各种途径,提高员工素质,以适应21世纪高校图书馆的发展。
This paper analyzes the present situation of human resources in Xiangfan University library, discusses on the existing problems of the human resources in the age structure, educational qualification structure, and professional structure, etc., and points out that the university library must improve the quality of the personnel through various paths to fit in with the development of university library in 21st century.
