Effects of Low Content of Anionic Emulsifier on Properties of Acrylate Emulsion Adhesive

本文介绍了几种低浓度阴离子型乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠的丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂的制备，测定了性能，并讨论了不同十二烷基硫酸钠含量对丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂性能的影响。在所加入的十二烷基硫酸钠含量范围内，随着十二烷基硫酸钠含量的增加，丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂的粘度、稳定性、表面张力、粒度多分散性和１８０°剥离强度均增加。

This paper prepares several acrylateemulsion copolymer adhesives containinglow content of sodium dodecyl sulfate anddiscusses the effects of anionic emulsifier onthe properties of the adhesives. The datashow that as the content of sodium dodecylsulfate increases in the designed range, theviscosity. stability. surface tension. polydispersity and 180°peel strength also increases.
