至今,在国际投资领域里还未形成一个成熟的综合性国际调整机制,基于贸易与投资之间密切的联系,世界贸易组织把一些投资问题纳入自身的管辖范围,利用自身成熟、有效的机制调整投资问题,开辟了国际投资自由化发展的新纪元。阐述了在WTO体制下的国际投资规范所包括的内容,及这些协定或协议对国际投资自由化的发展所起的作用。

Up to now, a mature comprehensive international regulation mechanism hasn't yet formed in international investment field. Based on the close connection between the trade and the investment, WTO, which puts some problems of the investment into its own jurisdiction, regulates the problem of the investment by using its own mature and effective mechanism, and opens a new epoch of international investment's liberalized development.
