This paper introduces the paraffin cleaning and proofing mechanics of microbe, the culture selection methods and the accomplishment processes on site and in the light of the oil reservoir characteristics of Shuanghe Oil Field, makes the field test, which obtains the better effect of paraffin cleaning and proofing and the better economic benefit.
