我国中小企业融资难问题的根源与对策

THE ROOTS AND TACTICS OF THE DIFFICULTIES OF THE SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN FINANCING

当前,中、小企业已成为我国国民经济的重要支柱和举足轻重的生力军,是我国最具有活力的国民经济新的增长点。但是,资金短缺、融资困难的问题,严重制约着中、小企业的生存和发展。本文从企业自身、银行及政策性等方面分析了影响中、小企业融资难的主要因素,提出多方面、多渠道解决中、小企业融资难的主要对策,对研究探讨解决中、小企业融资难的问题,有着非常重要的现实意义和理论价值。

At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises have become the important pillar and force of China's national economy,and the most active new growth points of the national economy. However, the shortage of fund and the difficulties in financing have been restricting the development and survival of the small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper analyzes the main factors which lead to the problems in three aspects: the enterprises themselves, commercial banks and government policies. The paper also puts forward some practical and theoretical tactics to solve the difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises in financing.
