幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌的关系需经更多研究结果证实
摘要
1994年，国际癌症研究中心(Intemational Agency for Research on Cancer，IARC)将幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)确定为能引起人类癌症的Ⅰ类致癌物。然而，这一主要基于流行病学研究。得出的结论亦引发了一些争议。首先，一种观点认为幽门螺杆菌仅仅是其他暴露的标志物。尽管随后在动物、人体以及组织培养中进行的研究揭示了幽门螺杆菌引发癌变的可能机制，
