本项目充分考虑岱山秀山度假村相关区域的地形、地貌、海水资源等景观特色,将各种不同类型的中、高级公寓以及别墅,按地势布局在基地上。本方案的建筑设计强调项目开发的多元化,有与城市结合的各种休闲娱乐设施、度假公寓,也有海边的独立式别墅。建筑方案考虑岱山的气候特点,采用新现代主义设计手法和开放的空间,使人们在观海的同时,可以享受清新海风。

The related terrain and seawater resource has been fully considered in the project, layout of apartment and villas are all according to the landform. We adopt new modern style and open space as the style of amusement establishment, apartment and villas because of the climate of Xiushan. People will enjoy sea breeze while sightseeing the sea.
