民营经济与地方性商业银行协同发展——浙商银行成立与运行状况引发的思考

浙江省是民营经济的大省,但是金融业发展滞后与主体性金融机构不足,制约了民营经济进一步发展,民营金融机构的诞生成为市场的内生需求。论文以浙商银行为立论的基点,从经济增长与金融发展的理论演化轨迹入手,从理论和实证两个层面展开分析,认为浙江省民营经济的快速、健康发展为商业银行提供了肥沃土壤和发展空间,地方性金融机构为民营经济的发展提供良好的金融服务与支持,两者之间协同发展,相互促进。

In Zhejiang province private economy has well developed, however, financial industry lags behind economic development. The scarcity of financial institutions has limited further development of private economy. There is an endogenous market demand to private financial institutions. Based on economic growth theory and finance development theory, the empirical and positive results in this paper show that the rapid and healthy growth of private economy in Zhejiang has provided the local commercial banks with well-suited environment and extensive development space. Thus, local financial institutions will be able to offer favorable financial services and sound support to the development of private economy. At the same time, private economy and local financial institutions can get coordinative growth and make advances bilaterally.
