摘要
建立了混合式步进电机的数学模型,分析了其转矩产生机理。将交流电机直接转矩控制理论引入到步进电机的控制中,分析了定子电压空间矢量对电机磁链和转矩的影响,推证了最佳开关逻辑选择表。以TMS320F240芯片为核心处理器,构成了混合式步进电机的数字化控制系统。速度控制实验结果验证了该方案的可行性。
The prototype of hybrid step motor is set up,and its mechanism of torque is analyzed. The theory of direct torque control for AC motor is introduced into the control of hybrid step motor.This paper analyzes the effect of stator voltage space vector on flux and torque,consequently deduces the optimal switch table.Digital control system of hybrid step motor based on TMS320F240 is built. Speed control experiment is carried out,and the results validate the feasibility of this project.
